I use a variety of high-quality yarns, including 100% cotton, soft acrylics, and wool blends, depending on the item and its intended use.
Ready-to-ship items typically go out within 2-3 business days. Custom orders usually take 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.
I accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Most items can be gently machine washed on a cold, delicate cycle in a mesh bag, and laid flat to dry. Specific care instructions are included with each purchase.
